He snuggles closer in the dark, warm fur against my skin.

There were little flowers in the grass by the sidewalk where I waited for him. 

His eyes sparkle in the silence of a clear night.

And there he was.

This is what it looks like for things to get better.

“It Could Be” tells the interleaved stories of Dusty’s relationships with wolves Lugh and Randall at different times in his life: as an adult in Seattle, and growing up in a Dallas suburb.

It is a short visual novel of about 3400 words. There is NSFW text, but no NSFW visuals.
